How long will shipping take?

If we have them in stock and we can ship it directly once you place your order.It's usually be 5-35business days to deliver your package.Shipping will be a little slow because it is a cross-border shipping transaction.If you are not hurry to get them please order to grab these cheap and cute accessories!

Delivery：

Final shipping cost is on the basis of country or region. Please notice the update on shipment, you may need to check with your local post office to pick up you order. When you receive your parcel don't hesitate to share your feeling with us.

When do I receive my tracking number and/or how can I check my order status?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking information after your tracking number has been created within 12hrs.

When will you ship after I place my order?

We ship all orders within 1-7 days after order completion. This does not include shipping time.

Can i change the address？

Yes you can.Please make sure to enter the correct address when placing an order. We will ship your order to the address you provided. The buyer has a responsibility to ensure that the address they provided is correct. We will not be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. As soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped yet, we can change the address for you.

Please refer to your tracking info for updates on shipping as it is out of my control once we drop it off at the post office.

Return/Exchange Guidelines

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items or merchandise is defective or damaged you received,please Contact Us within 14 days, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.We do not offer Freight To Collect service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
